The Federal Government has prepared several informational booklets to help educate you about the residential lending process and certain types of loan products.  Links to these booklets are provided in your disclosure package created when you applied for your loan, and your signature on the 'Important Disclosures' page certifies you have received these booklets*.

When you applied for your loan you received a PDF document containing your application, Good Faith Estimate, Truth In Lending, and other important Federal and State disclosures specific to your loan.  If you would like to re-access these disclosures, login to your Loan Control Panel and select 'View Application and Disclosures'.
